About Me!

*My name is Rachel, but my hubby & his parents call me Rachie & my mom calls me Monkey Butt

*I'm born and raised in central Indiana, I've never lived anywhere else

*I'm a Christian and participated in Bible Bowl in Jr. High and High School

*I love cats and corgis

*I am obsessed with visiting England and all things British including British accents, Doctor Who, The Beatles, the British Royal Family and Harry Potter

*I hardly ever watch TV unless it's a live sporting event (including NASCAR, football, basketball and the Olympics) everything else is watched online

*I'm pretty sure I was a hippie in a past life

*I'm happily childfree by choice. No I won't change my mind, I don't care if it's different if it's my own kids, and we're building up a solid retirement fund that will help pay for any care we might need when we're older.

*I have an unnatural love of bacon

*I'm a really (and I mean REALLY) light sleeper, and I never sleep solidly through the night. I always wake up at least a couple of times during the night.

*I've been fortunate enough to meet Clay Aiken, Rhett and Link, Charles Trippy, Peter Davison, Tony Stewart, and Weird Al among others. My mom says I have a celebrity magnet, I say it's more patience and being in the right place at the right time.
