Thanks! I hadn't realized it too until I started noticing Target brands in the Goodwills I was going to and the tags were still attached. The dress I grabbed in this video had sticker on the tag that said "DEF" or something like that which I assumed it was "defective" but still wearable.
Great haul! I like the cute dresses that you found. I had no idea that Goodwill might carry "defective" Target clothes. Great tip!
