Saying Good-Bye
A couple of weeks ago we lost a wonderful man, my husband's grandfather, Merlin (better known as Bopa). His health had been in decline for quite a while but it was still sad to let him go. It was nice to see so many friends and family members come and support each other and remember such a great man.

Thanks for sharing your pictures. Bopa seemed like a crafty guy. I'm in awe of his handiwork and his "been there done that" check list shirt. The buggy and his work tools in the arrangement were a nice touch. Hugs to you all.
ReplyDeleteAww, thanks Hope! He was amazing. We have several pieces from him including a table sized version of the grandfather clock (he made a full size for each of his kids and then a table sized for each grandchild to receive when they got married).
ReplyDeleteThat's awesome!
