My birthday is next month (I'm turning 30! AHHHHHHH!) and as it is I know there are people out there who probably haven't thought about what they should get me (you know who you are.....) So here's a list to help you out.
Gift cards: FEED THE HABIT!
A new camera: My current camera has been good for the 2.5 years I've had it, but it's received a lot of wear and tear. Plus I would like to move up to a full DSLR camera which would give me more flexibility for taking pictures, especially when we go to places like Disney World. I've heard good things about the Canon Rebel series and think that would be a good camera to move up to.
The last thing I would like for my birthday is a chance to celebrate and be with my friends and family. We're going up to my in-laws the weekend of my birthday for our annual trip to the casino to gamble and eat at the AMAZING buffet. My mother-in-law's birthday is the day after mine so it allows my husband and my father-in-law to celebrate both of our birthdays in one weekend and I think that's great. We'll hang out with them and see other family and friends who live up in that area as well. But you know me, I'm a Disney nut and therefore dream big. I told my husband last year that all I wanted for my birthday this year was the chance to celebrate turning 30 in Walt Disney World. I know we can't go for my actual birthday as we were just there last month (and the cruise the month before that) but we're hoping to go in late spring as a belated birthday trip. I'd love to go when we have friends going at the same time and while we're there to have like a meal at one of the restaurants and have them join us. (Hope I know you are reading this, I blame Mike for this!) We also have friends who are local to WDW and I would love to have them there too. I love going to WDW, especially with my husband but I've found that we have even more fun when we get the chance to hang out with friends. Somehow it makes each trip more memorable and magical.
Of course coordinating that would probably be momentous but I can dream right?
