If you hadn't heard already, I got a new job!!! I got a job working in IT training at the same university my husband works ago (we're in the same building, two floors apart). Right now the position is only part-time, but I'm still really excited to be working in a field that actually has something to do with my degree. And now I can also use all of those career appropriate wardrobe pieces I've been collecting.
I'm glad someone gave you a chance and that you're finally in a position related to your field! Congrats! This is definitely a step in the right direction and I hope it becomes FT for you or that something else opens up so you can keep racking up experience.
